Join us on this Culinary Journey through Europe! Explore the different flavours of Germany, Spain, France, and Ukraine.

 

The Culinary Adventures Series features recipes submitted by international STUdents that Chef Michael Greer and his team bring to life at each monthly event. Students from these regions without a meal hall plan will get a free pass.

France 

Canard a l’orange (Duck with Orange Sauce)

Gratin de pommes de terre Dauphinoise 

Roasted Butternut squash & Brussels Sprouts 

Spinach & Goat Cheese Quiche  

 

Germany  

Beef Rouladen 

Beef with pickles, onions, bacon, and red wine sour cream sauce.  

 

Ukraine  

Borscht Soup 

A rich meat-based broth with beets, cabbage, potatoes & carrots, served with a dollop of sour cream.  

 

Russia  

Syrniki with Sour Cream & Preserves 

Russian Cheese Pancakes  

 

Desserts: 

Germany: Black Forest Cake 

Ukraine: Kyiv cake  

Spain -Churros with chocolate dipping sauce
