STUdent Help Desk

It can be so hard to know where to go or who to contact to access supports and services on campus, but by coming to the STUdent Help Desk (centrally located in Sir James Dun Hall), you are never in the wrong place!  

 

At the Help Desk, we aim to support STUdents by answering all questions that may arise during your degree here at St. Thomas and helping guide you to the appropriate campus resources. Our team is here to make sure that you feel supported and connected to our vibrant campus community and all its inner workings!  

 

Aside from direct and referential support, you can also come to the Help Desk anytime to be reconnected with your lost items (or return a found one!), as well as access free menstrual hygiene products, or other necessary supplies like a spare pen or bandaids, and many other items.

We are open during the academic year.

Monday-Thursday 10:00AM-6:00PM
Fridays 10:00AM-4:00PM

Student Experience Guides 

The Student Experience Guides are responsible for helping to create a strong and connected campus community across different specified areas of focus. Each SEG will provide a warm reception to students in need at the Help Desk, helping guide and refer students to appropriate campus resources alongside the Student Support Navigator. Each SEG also has a specific area of focus where they will oversee developing and facilitating programming for students throughout the academic year.  

 

Our Student Experience Guides focus on the areas of University and Life Skills, Campus Programming, and Health and Wellness. Please join us for all our workshops, info sessions, and cool off-campus adventures that our SEGs are excited to guide you through!
