Yellow Box Main Gallery: Call for Art Submissions
The Yellow Box will be hosting a student-focused exhibition in the winter of 2019, and we are currently seeking works that employ a variety of fibre, textile, print making, paper and assemblage techniques as a primary mode of expression.
Submissions of non-woven fibre processes such as felt making, needlework, and sewing, along with techniques such as décollage, collage, and photographic transfer are encouraged. Consideration will be given to both conventional and experimental concepts and the language of two- and three-dimensional art. Art practices that embrace hybridity, and any work of art that uses more than one medium and/or technique will be considered.
We accept art submissions from all members of the STU undergraduate community. This includes performances and collaborations, which may include non-student participation. We look forward to an exciting exhibition!

Submissions can emailed to the gallery or dropped off in the Fine Arts Office (3rd floor McCain Hall): yellowbox@stu.ca [Attention: Kim Vose Jones].
