STU Pride Week: September 17 - 21
Opening Reception and Flag Raising – Monday September 17, 7pm
To open Pride Week at STU we will be hosting a reception in the Student Lounge in James Dunn Hall from 7pm to 8pm to share encouraging words, partake in some tasty snacks and raise pride flags on the poles outside. Come join us to kick off this year's Pride Week celebrations!
Community Picnic – Tuesday September 18, 12 pm
Swing by the lower courtyard from 12pm to 2pm for lunch on us! Enjoy pizza, fruit, cookies and more!
Consent and Relationships Workshop – Wednesday, September 19, 7pm
The event is going to be a be a workshop on consent and relationships with FSAC volunteers, where we'll talk about topics like sexuality, healthy relationships, boundaries, and the ways queer identities can influence those things. Starts at 7:00PM in GMH 301.
Coffee House – Thursday, September 20, 7pm
Join us for an evening of talent from the community at 7:00PM in the Ted Daigle Auditorium.
Letters of Encouragement and Action – Friday, September 21, 10am
For the last day of Pride Week, drop by the JDH Cafeteria starting at 10:00AM to write letters to politicians about issues that matter to you, and enjoy some frozen treats while you do!
