By taking care of your pet and completing quick self-care exercises, you are also caring for yourself. It is for people struggling with stress, anxiety, mental health issues, and motivation.

Happify: for Stress & Worry is an app that offers science-based activities and games to help overcome negative thoughts, stress, and everyday life challenges. It is for people struggling with stress and anxiety.

I Am Sober is an app to track your sobriety, help build new habits, and provide ongoing motivation by connecting you to other people who are striving to stay sober. It is for people who are practicing, or trying to practice, sobriety.

Mindshift CBT App is an app which uses cognitive-behavioural therapy to help you learn to relax and be mindful, develop more effective ways of thinking, and use active steps to take charge of your anxiety. It is for people struggling with anxiety.

NOCD: Effective care for OCD is an app made by people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) that offers video-based OCD therapy, session support, and chat forums to speak with licensed counselors, psychologists, social workers and other people struggling with OCD. You can use OCD therapeutic tools, message your therapist at any time, and learn what helps other people from a peer community. It is for people struggling with OCD.
