Are you a first-time renter in Fredericton, or just looking for more information to keep you informed and protected? Then please join us on Wednesday, January 28 from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM for an informative session hosted by Ellen Sterns, of the Public Legal Education and Information Service of NB!

Learn more about your rights and responsibilities as a tenant in New Brunswick. The workshop will cover issues like:

• Rent increases,

• Evictions,

• Repairs and maintenance,

• Security deposits,

• Roommates, and

• Getting assistance from the Tenant

  and Landlord Relations Office.

Pizza will be provided during the workshop.
