Dawn Morgan

Dr. Morgan received the bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English literature at Carleton University in 1993. Her Master’s thesis was a study of the poetry of Saskatchewan poet, Andrew Suknaski (1942-2012). She completed the Ph.D. at McGill University in Montréal in 1998. Her dissertation was on laughter and novelistic discourse in seventeenth- and eighteenth-century works of natural philosophy and literature. Dr. Morgan completed post-doctoral research at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey from 1998 to 2000.
Dr. Morgan has taught at St. Thomas University since 2004. She taught previously at McGill and Concordia universities in Montréal, the University of Central Florida in Orlando, and at Dawson and Vanier Colleges in Montréal.
