Interdisciplinary Major in Disability, Aging, and Human Rights

The Major in Disability, Aging, and Human Rights consists of 36 credit hours, including the following required courses:

 

HMRT 1003:  Introduction to Human Rights
GERO 1013:  Introduction to Gerontology
GERO 1023:  Aging in Canada
HMRT 2013: Research Methods or GERO 3503:  Qualitative Research Methods.
HMRT 2113:  Exploring Disability

Interdisciplinary Minor in Disability, Aging, and Human Rights

Students wishing to pursue an interdisciplinary minor in Disability, Aging, and Human Rights are required to take 18 credit hours of courses, including HMRT 1003, GERO 1023, and HMRT 2113.
